Terms of use
Last updated: October 4, 2026
These terms apply when you download or use ElephTv IPTV (“the app”). “We” means the developer of the app. By using the app you accept these terms; if you don’t, please stop using it and delete it.
1. A player with no content
ElephTv IPTV is a media player. It does not provide, sell, host or recommend any channels, movies, series or playlists, and it comes with none. To watch anything you need a subscription that you obtained legally from an IPTV provider, and you add its Xtream Codes login or M3U playlist yourself. We are not connected with any provider.
2. Your responsibility for what you play
You alone are responsible for the playlists you add and for everything you play with the app. Only use streams you have the right to watch where you live, and respect the rights of those who own the content. We don’t check, control or endorse what a provider streams, and we can’t help with a provider’s service, billing or channel lineup.
3. Free and Jumbo plans
The free version lets you add one playlist and use the player, TV guide, catch-up, reminders, favorites and takes, with ads. ElephTv Jumbo is an optional subscription that allows unlimited playlists and the creation of collections, and removes all ads. Collections you created remain usable if Jumbo ends. Prices and billing periods are shown on the purchase screen before you buy and may differ from country to country.
4. Auto-renewing subscriptions
ElephTv Jumbo is an auto-renewing subscription billed by Apple to your Apple ID. It renews at the end of each period at the price shown, unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends. If a free trial is offered, it becomes a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. You can manage or cancel the subscription in the iOS Settings app: tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Jumbo stays on until the current period ends. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own rules. After reinstalling the app or changing devices, use Restore purchases in Settings.
5. Fair use
Use the app only for lawful, personal and non-commercial viewing. Don’t use it to infringe anyone’s rights, to get around a provider’s limits or protections, or to overload servers, and don’t copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the app, except where the law expressly allows it.
6. Apple’s standard license
The app is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies together with these terms. Apple is not responsible for the app, its content or its support. If these terms and Apple’s agreement conflict, Apple’s agreement prevails.
7. No warranty
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it reliable, but we don’t promise that it will be free of errors or interruptions, or that every stream, guide or catch-up programme will play; that depends largely on your provider, your connection and your device. Features may change or be removed in updates.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for anything a provider streams or fails to stream, or for the loss of data stored on your device. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that the law does not allow to be limited.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the app changes. The new text arrives with an app update and shows a new date at the top. If you keep using the app after that, the updated terms apply.
